Toronto police say a teenager from Ontario was groomed on social media and flown to BC, where she was coerced into performing sex work in both provinces between August 2021 and April 2022.

On Thursday, Toronto police arrested a 21-year-old man on the eastern edge of the city.

Andrew (Hot Boy Ryda) Pothiers-Grant is charged with 27 counts, including assault, child pornography and various counts of trafficking, drugs and weapons.

Investigators say they are concerned there could be more victims and urge any affected individual or anyone with information to contact police.
