The Midlands’ best water park with floating obstacle course is just 30 minutes from Birmingham

Want to cool off in the beautiful spring/summer sun, but also have fun with friends and family? An outdoor water park could be the answer.

And there’s a lot in the Midlands for you to experience. When the sun is shining, a trip to an outdoor water park is a great way to have fun and cool off.

Most of them have floating obstacle courses. They also offer families the chance to jump on water trampolines, balance on beams, jump on rocks and even walk the plank.

And it’s just over half an hour from Birmingham and up to 45 minutes from the Black Country. Aztec Adventure can be found in Upton Warren, not far from Bromsgrove in Worcestershire.

Here you can swim, cycle or rent a boat – plus there’s the Aquaglide Aqua Park too! In the center you will find slides, trampolines, climbing walls, ropes, trampolines and even a board for walking.

Best of all is the blast bag that you can sit on and be tossed into the water by a friend jumping off the top of the Jungle Jim-style climbing frame.

Aqua Park is open until 25 September and costs £20 per person for a one-hour experience. Launched in summer 2017, the park is located just off the M5, about 30 minutes from Birmingham.

You can find it at Worcester Road, Upton Warren, B61 7ER. Learn more here.
