Florida police rescued eleven people from an overturned boat on the island of Beer Can in Tampa Bay on Sunday.
Hillsborough County Sheriff officials received a call at approximately 5:24 pm regarding several people trapped in the water.
The Hillsborough Marine Sheriff’s Unit arrived by air and sea to discover the boaters which consisted of men, women and children swimming around the capsized boat.
“Almost all of the victims were wearing life jackets,” Hillsborough Sheriff Chad Chronister said in the press release.
A group of Good Samaritans noticed the boat sinking and “arrived immediately” to rescue people from the water.
Two sailors, however, were seen hanging from the boat.
Body camera footage captured two men clinging to the yellow rope to reach the police vessel.
“Bring me in, bring me in,” one of the stranded sailors shouted to the officers.
Both were rescued, but one complained of chest pain and shortness of breath.
The victim was transferred as a medical emergency to a local hospital, officials said.
